Sushi Mieda is a cosy, and possibly the smallest, Japanese restaurant in town. Situated on the 10th level of the OUE Tower, Sushi Mieda is an 8-seat epicurean masterpiece that stands out as a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Helmed by Executive Chef Ryoichi Nakatani.


With more than 30 years of Edomae culinary experience under his belt, Chef Nakatani prides himself in using the finest produce with intricate curing techniques to pair - making his sushi a feast for the eyes and palate.


Assisted by his wife, Chef Emi, the couple sets out on a unified quest to serving exquisite sushi and fine Japanese cuisine behind the 8-seater counter.

Ryoichi Nakatani

Born and raised in the beautiful landscape of Chiba Prefecture in Japan, Chef Nakatani found his calling at a young age.


He has since accumulated more than 30 years of experience in honing his craft, making exquisite sushi - Edomae style.


Sushi connoisseurs can look forward to fresh produce cured with intricate techniques, making every experience an authentic and unique one.
